Return Process

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to ensure tracked and secure delivery.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your items back into their original Vella Bioscience box or a similar secure mailer, ensuring all tags remain attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
